Site work for a civil project in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for: Replacement of the Upper Nicomekl River culvert crossing located at the 21700 block of 64th Avenue. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal and offsite disposal of existing 2200mm x 4100mm arch corrugated steel pipe (CSP) culvert. Installation of 39.7 metres of 3050mm x 2130mm pre-cast concrete box culverts supplied by the Township. All works at upstream and downstream end of culvert, including riprap placement, Lock Block and Sierra Slope retaining wall installation, and creek bed improvements. Tie-in of existing storm infrastructure into the new box culvert. Coordination with third-party utility companies to protect/reinstate existing gas and fibre optic utilities. Removal and re-instatement of 35.3m of 200mm diameter PVC watermain. Road restoration. Other miscellaneous and incidental works as described in the Contract Documents.
