The Stafford County Department of Utilities (Department) is responsible for the continued reliability of the water production and distribution along with the collection systems and treatment of wastewater. There is a continuous need for parts for the construction and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure (Materials) within Stafford County. Materials are defined as all parts, consumable good/and or other items are not installed by a contractor. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish a term contract to furnish Materials on an as-needed basis. Questions from Bidders must be received by Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
