Reference number : 1603254 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for repair work on Phase II white roofs and access hatches to the roofs of Saint-Sulpice housing (multiple addresses) in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of the roof insulation and waterproofing system and the installation of access hatches with permanent interior and exterior ladders. Structural work for access hatches, electromechanical work, slope insulation and masonry are planned . The work will be carried out in a two (2) and three (3) storey residential housing complex housing families, built in 1971 and located at Habitations Saint-Sulpice on Place De la Colombière, Avenue Olivier-Moreault , rue De Louvain Est and avenue Christophe-Colomb , in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough . All apartments will be occupied during the works. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 18 consecutive months from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
