Site work for a development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Forestry Power Gate Replacement, gate to be compliant with current safety standards. Questions must be submitted thru the Q & A tab of this bid. Q&A Deadline : 05/12/2022 4:00 PM (EDT) Replace & upgrade power gate and operators to current code. See details listed below. o Screen tail section of gate. o Replace existing gate rollers with new ultra-rollers, (rollers to have open design roller guards). o Provide and install one (1) - three (3) foot wide pedestrian gate, approximately six (6) feet from corner post. o Remove existing gate operator and install a new MAX2200 battery backed-up power gate operator with mounting shelf and grounding package. o Provide and install one (1) new low voltage transformer to utilize existing 3 phase electrical service. o Provide one (1) new radio receiver and six (6) new radio transmitters. o Provide and install/set one (1) new pedestal and digital keypad outside of gate to allow access to open and close the gate. o Other controls to include; - two (2) vehicle detection modules. - one (1) for safety and reverse. - one (1) for free exit of area. - two (2) monitored bump edges. - one (1) photo beam for entrapment protection. - Install cavity bars and gate receiver. o Gate to be compliant with current safety standards. o Repairs and upgrades must be completed within a 7-day period. o Property must be secured nightly during project. o Best efforts must be made to protect city property and grounds. o Clean and properly dispose of all debris associated with project, site to be left clean and in safe condition. o All work is to be performed by licensed trades, as required. o All work is to be done in a professional manner by all trades involved. o All materials, labor, and parts are to be included in this proposal. If additional repairs are found necessary during the completion of this project, they will be quoted separately. o All work is to be completed during normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday unless approved arrangements are made with the project manager. o The use of any sub-contractors by prime contractor must be submitted with your bid as part of the "project paperwork" packet subcontractor form. o All federal / state / city codes must be maintained and all work must be performed to code o Contractors are responsible for obtaining any and all permits required to complete the project. o Selected vendor must show that all permits have been obtained and posted. o All original invoices are to be mailed to: City of Toledo, division of Accounts, Suite 2020, One Government Center, Toledo, Ohio, 43604.
