The property is legally described as Plan 616AO, Blk 13, Lots 1, 2, & 3 inclusive. This building has exceeded its useful lifecycle and is beyond repair. RMWB is intending to demolish this building due to its condition. Due to the age of the building, the Municipality has done the hazardous material investigation.
