Scope of Services The project will consist of, but not be limited to, the contractor supplying the labor, equipment, superintendence, material, etc. to install the bikeway extension near Girard Park, on Saint Mary Street, and near Blackham Coliseum in Lafayette LA. Related work will include, but is not limited to, clearing, excavation, yard drain pipes, concrete walks and lighting. All work to be completed within 100 working days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. This project is partially funded by Grant #LA04-0078-00 received from Federal Transit Authority.
