Saving Project...

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Angleton, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Angleton is requesting qualifications for the selection of a partner to work with the City of Angleton Parks and Recreation Department to develop Rueben Welch Park as an amenity open to the public. Submitted qualifications should include all the following requirements listed within this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to ensure that Angleton residents have access to recreational or leisure infrastructure. The City also reserves the right to waive all informalities and defects in the qualifications and the process not involving price, time of submittal or changes in the work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful proposer. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of the words. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the prices in the qualifications, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous qualifications thereof or to reject the qualifications. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
