Weakley County intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified contracting firm to provide services for debris monitoring for the December 10, 2021 tornado and in preparation for natural disasters or other debris generating events. This RFP is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms, businesses, or individuals for the provision of Disaster Debris Monitoring Services to assist Weakley County with Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services. It is the intent and purpose of this RFP is to promotes competitive selection. It shall be the proposer's responsibility to advise Weakley County if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source. All questions or concerns regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing, to Mr. John Liggett, Director 4 of Finance. Questions may be emailed to Mr. Liggett at John.Liggett@wcsk12gn.net no later than 05/18/2022 at 3:00pm CT, referencing the RFP title in the subject line. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
