Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by November 27, 2024, 5:00 pm Eastern Time via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. This project consists of lining approximately 931 sanitary sewer service laterals in the project area via "trenchless" methods using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract. Contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act are generally required to pay at least the applicable minimum wage rate required under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658. Please note that these Executive Orders apply to covered contracts entered into by the federal government that are subject to the Davis-Bacon Act itself, but do not apply to contracts subject only to the Davis-Bacon Related Acts, including those set forth at 29 CFR 5.1(a)(1). City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 10.0% OEPA MBE Goal: 1.3%; OEPA WBE Goal: 1.0%
