They can register following this link: https://emsisd.ionwave.net/ Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD prides itself on hiring and retaining quality employees. With one of the highest starting salaries and the highest 10 to 20 years experience salaries in Tarrant County, EMS ISD is able to recruit and retain excellent teachers and support personnel. The average EMS ISD teacher has 11.4 total years of experience with 6.1 years in the district. EMS ISD also has one of the lowest turn-over rates in the area. All employees are encouraged to further their education through a wide variety of staff development programs and workshops scheduled throughout the year. Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD hires fully certified and highly qualified teachers and educational aides. We have provided the following information to assist with the procedures of obtaining a Texas Teaching Certificate or other teaching area certification. Colleges, Universities, or Educator Preparation Program candidates needing classroom observation hours will be required to email a completed and signed Student Observation Request Form to Rochelle Williams, Employee Relations Coordinator at rwilliams02@ems-isd.net. Student observers are required to complete a Student Observation Placement Application for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. You will be required to upload a letter from the college, university, or educator program requesting observation. Placement availability is limited; therefore, we ask placement requests to be made as soon as possible. Placements are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. It is extremely helpful to have all requests for student observers submitted at one time. This allows ample time for us to secure the appropriate placements for each student observer. Please be aware that depending on the volume of placements, it is possible that not all requests can be accommodated. Observation requests may take up to 7 to 10 days to process once all the required paperwork is received. Once a candidate has been approved, they will be notified by email and placed on the Approved Student Observers List (the list will be updated throughout the semester). Candidates will contact the campus secretary directly to schedule their observation hours, as well as attain information regarding specific campus procedures. Campuses will only allow the candidates that are on the approved list to conduct observation hours at their campus.
