Prices quoted shall be firm for the period JULY 1, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023 and are to be full delivered prices. The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid received, to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid or any portion of the bids it deems in its best interest.
