S' wide gravel security corridor/ pathway around the treed partial perimeter ofVinland Elementary. This project will entail removal grubbing and tree removal as needed. Some chain-link fencing & gates will be added as shown. Additionally, new Asphalt & road markings will need to be added to support the modified bus driving lane. The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, prevailing wage labor, equipment and incidenta ls to fully perform all the work as outlined in both this ITB/RFP, scope of work, plans and specifications. Owner will be available to introduce the project requirements and answer questions. A project walk-thru will then commence promptly. All bidders that wish to bid on this project, SHOULD attend the pre-bid conference walk thru. Meet onsite, as shown in Figure 1 below. Firms should bring their own: Copies ofBidding Documents, Project Questions. Firms must bring their own: Hi Visibility Safety Vests, Washington State ID & PPE gear for Covid-19 best practices (masks + gloves). This meeting will be made available only on the aforementioned dates & times. The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $350 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages sha ll be deducted from the contract invoice. This project must be substantially complete on or before 08-14­ 2022
