CALL FOR TENDERS
The Municipality of Laurier-Station is requesting tenders for the execution of the work described
briefly below:
- Partial reconstruction of the rue de la Station road system over an approximate length of
515 metres;
- Partial reconstruction of the road system on rue des Érables, between rue de la Station and
rue Sainte-Geneviève, over an approximate length of 90 metres.
- Partial reconstruction of the road system on rue des Érables, between rue Demers and rue Nault, over an
approximate length of 90 metres.
The documents required for submission will be available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System. Obtaining the documents is subject
to the pricing of this organization .
Any submission must, to be validly considered, be prepared on the form provided on the
Electronic Tendering System website.
The person in charge of the call for tenders for the Municipality of Laurier-Station is Ms. Justine Bouchard,
accountant, acting assistant clerk-treasurer (dg@ville.laurier-station.qc.ca). The Municipality of Laurier-Station does not accept to receive bids sent
electronically.
The Municipality of Laurier-Station reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the
tenders received and to remove certain parts from the contract. It shall also not be liable
for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of
such decisions. Bid Bond 10% is required.
Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
