Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Macdonald Bridge Approach Spans Resurfacing and Expansion Joint Replacement, MacKay Bridge Approach Roads Resurfacing, and K-Ramp Expansion Joint Replacement. The scope of this Work shall include, but may not be limited to, the following a)Mobilization/demobilization and provision of all necessary equipment, power and transport; b)Site preparation; c)Site survey and measurements d)Provision of all traffic control; e)Close coordination and communication with HHB f)Submissions, including shop drawings, schedules and erection methods; g)Site safety, fall protection, prevention of all objects from falling from the bridge; h)Design, supply, erection and removal of temporary works, structures, enclosures and dust collection etc.; i)Protection of existing structures; j)Temporary relocation of stored material and equipment, where it hinders the work, and put back at end of work, k) Making good all defects, including damage to existing facilities; l) Macdonald Bridge Dartmouth Approach Spans Resurfacing m) MacKay Bridge Approach Roads Resurfacing n) Macdonald Bridge Expansion Joint Replacements o) K-Ramp Expansion Joint Replacements E-mail to Simon Burns at sburns@hdbc.ns.ca for the electronic copy of the tender package/document.
