The Town of Dedham is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) as defined in M.G.L. c.149, 44A 1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of its Request for Services (RFS) to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, addition to and/or renovation/replacement of the Oakdale School in Dedham, Massachusetts. The total project cost for the renovation, addition, and/or new construction of the Oakdale School is estimated to be in the $45-60 million dollar range. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
