Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Campus Custodial\Janitorial Services to the Georgia Gwinnett College (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. GGCs campus consists of buildings A, B, C and W that are used for classes and activities. There are also a Wellness Center (Building F), Administration building (Building D), Athletics Complex (Building G), Physical Plant and Warehouse (Building P), and a 737 space Parking Deck. The campus Library and Learning Center (Building L), Student Center (Building E), and Instructional Lab Facility (Building H1), which is now incorporated into the Allied Health and Sciences building (Building H2). The campus also includes three student housing buildings (RL1000, RL 2000, and RL 3000).
