**As of July 14, 2022, project was awarded to D'Allessandro Corporation, awarded amount is $5,111,469.93.** Harvard Street Water Main Improvements Project Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions must be submitted in writing and either emailed to purchasing@cambridgema.gov or delivered to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Elizabeth Unger, City Hall 795 Massachusetts Ave, Room 303, Cambridge, MA 02139 not later than Thursday, May 26, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. Nature and scope of work: The project area includes Harvard Street between Prospect Street and Portland Street. The major components of work to be performed under this project include the following: 1. Installation of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch DI water main, hydrants and replacement of water services, including replacement of all lead services to the building meters. 2. Installation of approximately of 2,730 linear feet of 15-inch, 18-inch, and 30 by 27-inch diameter CIPP structural liner. 3. Installation of approximately 150 linear feet of 12-inch diameter DI storm drains, storm drain manholes and piping connections, and catch basins; sewer manhole and piping connections. 4. Roadway restoration of approximately 3,000 linear feet of roadway, full depth temporary roadway construction, concrete sidewalk reconstruction, pavement markings; signage; and existing tree protection and maintenance.
