a. Provide a wayfinding solution of CVG airport passenger public spaces, including but not limited to, terminals, concourses and the airport’s new consolidated rental car facility. b. Include concessions, amenities, facilities, etc. in the map and directory. This shall include not only listings and mapping information but the ability to associate details and links to additional resources tagged or associated with each location. c. Act as a single source of mapping data for multiple uses, such as the CVG airport website, interactive kiosks in the terminal/concourses, static display maps, etc. d. Create a responsive design for consistent functionality across multiple user devices, especially well-suited for mobile navigation. e. Ensure the solution is easily utilized by travelling passengers, as well as airport staff. f. Ensure the solution is easy to maintain and update by airport staff. KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB. Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law.
