Renovation of a residential development in Mercedes, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of 6/29/2022, all Bids have been rejected by the Owner. Project shall be Re-Bid. The Mercedes Housing Authority is seeking responses to Request for Bids to qualified bidders for the replacement of kitchen cabinets, sinks, and faucets at all dwelling units at San Jacinto Development and Taylor Development.Type of Contract: General contract will be issued as a lump sum contract.Contractors should note any previous experience with similar and with HUD projects. Digital copies will be issued by the Architects upon request by the Bidder at fmata@matagarciaqarchitects.com or hector@matagarcia-architects. com Only registered Bidders will receive any Addendum issued.Only complete sets will be issued. Said deposit will be refunded by mail only upon return of complete sets no later than five days after bid date and based on documents being returned in good order. The bids will not be awarded on opening but after consideration by the Architect and the Mercedes Housing Authority Board and personnel. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, all or any part of the bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to act on the bids in the Owner's best interest. No Bidders proposals shall be accepted after the time designated in the advertisement
