Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful bidder shall deliver to the Township, within 20 days of notice of the contract award, a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the bid.
