Description: Mill Existing Pavement 3365 SY, Super pave Scratch Course 100 Ton, Super pave Wearing Course 285 Ton, Shoulder Back-Up 609 SY, Option-Asphalt Prime Coat 609 SY Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Tidioute Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Tidioute Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No physical work prior to May 23, 2022, Work to be completed on or before July 29, 2022.
