The City of Woodward announces a Request for Proposal (RFP) for mowing services. Requirements: Mowing, weed eating, and edging of approximately Twenty-eight (28), City parks and properties, at ten (10) to fifteen (15) day intervals approximately seventeen (17) times, unless otherwise stated, with possible additional services as directed by Park Superintendent or Director of Transportation. Contract term shall be July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. Weather conditions will determine the conclusion of 2022 portion of contract for each location, and the date of continuation in spring of 2023 for each location. Proposals shall be submitted as rate per service of each location. Contractor shall provide insurance naming the City as an additional insured, with limits of not less than $125,000.00 for bodily injury to one person, and not less than $1,000,000.00 for injury to more than one person, and not less than $100,000.00 for injury to property of others, as well as worker's compensation insurance if required by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
