Renovation of a civil project in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Amarillo is soliciting bids for a project consisting of surface preparation and application of high-performance coating systems for elevated storage tank and two welded steel ground storage tanks per bid specifications. Box 1971 Amarillo, TX 79105 A Performance Bond is required if the Contract Sum is in excess of $100,000. The performance bond is solely for the protection of the Owner. A Payment Bond is required if the Contract Sum is in excess of $50,000. Contractor shall provide a bond on the Owner's standard one-year maintenance bond form, providing for Contractor's correction, replacement, or restoration of any portion of the Work which is found to be not in compliance with requirements of the Contract during period following Final Completion of the completed Project. Maintenance bond to be equal in value to 100% of the Contract amount. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts of responses, to waive any formalities and technicalities, and to accept the bid that can provide the goods or services at the Best Value to the City.
