Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid includes the following: Construction of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Dixie Drive and Canyon View Drive. Other miscellaneous improvements include minor curb and gutter reconstruction, pedestrian access ramps, paint striping removal and new paint striping. As required by St. George City Code 1-10B-14 a signed certificate of legal work status for the BIDDER must accompany the BID.
