Renovation of a military facility in Grand Island, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to install (2) 200 KW natural gas powered backup generators to include automatic transfer switch(s) to power the Readiness Center(Built in 2014), located in Grand Island, NE. This project is to provide back-up power to the whole facility, in the event of a power outage. This project includes concrete pads, protection bollards, extension of buried natural gas line. The complete digital set of bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply. If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply. *Subcontractor bidding may be ongoing for select trades. Interested subcontractors should contact the awarded general contractor to check on available bidding opportunities. Section includes: 1. Building wires and cables rated 600 V and less. 2. Connectors, splices, and terminations rated 600 V and less
