**As of June 14, 2022, project was awarded to Pavement Technology Inc., but awarded amount is not available.** Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia. NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR S W.Va. LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Scope of Work The general scope of work for this project is as follows: a. Spray-applied, maltene-based asphalt rejuvenator (Reclamite, or equivalent) is to be administered to all paved surfaces labeled on the attached location map.
