Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope, addressed as follows: Bronxville Union Free School District Attn: Mr. L. Daniel Carlin, Assistant Superintendent for Business 177 Pondfield Road Bronxville, New York 10708 Bid For: "Bronxville Union Free School District- Professional Custodial/Cleaning Services Contract. Bidders are solely responsible for the arrival of each bid at the place of the bid opening by the appointed time, regardless of the means of delivery. Bids shall remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening. The Bronxville Union Free School District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept that bid which, in the District's judgment, is in the best interest of the School District. Further, bids will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid; however, the Board of Education hereby reserves the right to accept or reject any item set forth individually below, or to accept the whole or a part of a bid, or to accept and award parts of bids from more than one bidder if, in the Board's judgment, it deems to be in the best interest of the school district. The Bronxville Union Free School District reserves the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the abovereferenced fields. In addition, The District reserves the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, as set out herein, of the prospective bidder in its evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
