A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. There are 11 existing laterals that will need to be tied into the new Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary Service must be maintained during the project. Bidders are advised to pay close attention to the specific details in the Supplemental Specifications and Pay Item Descriptions. During construction, maintenance of traffic and access to local businesses and residences will be major concerns for the City, contractor, and adjacent property owners.
