Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Street reconstruction including curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement, sidewalk and ADA ramp installation, storm sewer installation, portions of waterline replacement, portions of sanitary sewer replacement, streetlight installation and lawn restoration. The project will include coordination with a Treatment Contractor that is contracted with the City to provide necessary soil/water testing and water disposal. The project will include Ocheltree Street (Cedar to Lane), Lane Street (Ocheltree to Glendale), Parkway Drive (Lane to Glendale), Glendale Drive (Cedar to Ocheltree). *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
