Renovation of a day care center in Barrington, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The Barrington School District is soliciting proposals for installation of a new generator at the Early Childhood Learning Center, 77 Ramsdell Lane, Barrington, NH 03825 1. Provide 150KW Propane fired 120/208V 3 phase generator system with 600A service entrance rated transfer switch. 2. Installation includes delivery of generator and transfer switch to site, battery and installation accessories, off-loading and setting on pad, propane piping from existing regulator on building up to 10' to the generator and Cummins Authorized startup. 3. SAU #74 to provide electrical wiring and installation along with pouring concrete pad. The Barrington School District, SAU 74 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to negotiate with any or all responsible Bidders, and to waive any formality in the Request for Proposal, and to enter into an agreement with the Bidder, the Barrington School District, SAU 74, at its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Barrington School District, SAU 74, even though it may not submit the lowest bid or proposal. Bidders shall be responsible for any and all expenses that they may incur in preparing Bids. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be directed to James Towle, Facilities Manager, 603-664-2715. Proposals received after this date will not be accepted. No e-mailed or faxed Bids will be accepted.
