Mens Bathroom: approx. 8x17 • Remove and replace ceiling with bathroom rated grid/tiles • Remove and replace ceiling light fixtures with energy efficient fixtures • Remove and replace sink and fixtures with ADA compliant fixtures and vanity • Remove, remediate existing floor tile. • Install VCT throughout room and level floor where required. • Repair hole in wall at removed urinal. • Remove and replace FRP on east wall. • Prepare, patch and paint north, south and west wall. Retain existing tile on bottom of north and south walls. • Remove wall hand dryer and replace GFCI. Patch conduit strap holes in wall. • Remove old stall partitions and install new partitions for stalls. Retain existing ADA grab bars. • Install temporary lock on entry door to allow bathroom to be used as unisex bathroom during construction. • Remove and replace entry door slab, repair and refinish door jamb, at the end of construction Womens Bathroom: approx. 12x11 • Remove and replace ceiling with bathroom rated grid/tiles • Remove and replace ceiling light fixtures with energy efficient fixtures • Remove and replace sinks and fixtures with ADA compliant fixtures and vanity • Remove, remediate existing floor tile. • Install VCT throughout room and level floor where required. • Remove wall hand dryer and replace GFCI. Patch conduit strap holes in wall. • Prepare, patch and paint all painted walls. Retain existing tile on bottom of north and south walls. • Remove all existing stall partitions and doors, and install new partitions for stalls. Retain existing ADA grab bars.
