Demolition and site work for a civil project in Mars, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The BREAKNECK CREEK REGIONAL AUTHORITY will receive sealed Bids for a project entitled COBBLESTONE PUMP STATION INTERCEPTOR PROJECT. The work involves the installation of approximately 200 LF of sanitary sewer, manholes and the demolition and removal of a pump station; as well as any incidental miscellaneous work generally related to sewer construction. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Bank Check or Bid Bond, in the required form as stated in the Project Manual, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Total. The Authority reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids.
