Demolition, site work and new construction of a restaurant in Tucson, Arizona. Design plans call for the demolition of a restaurant; for the construction of a restaurant; and for site work for a restaurant.

In accordance with the Rio Nuevo Multipurpose Facility District ( District ) Procurement Code, competitive sealed SOQs specified herein will be received by the RFP/Procurement Administrator at the District Office at the above-referenced location until the date and time referenced above (the SOQ Deadline ). SOQs received by the SOQ Deadline shall be publicly opened and the names of the Vendors read and recorded. SOQs shall be in the actual possession of the Administrator on, or prior to the SOQ Deadline date and time. Late SOQs shall not be accepted. SOQs shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Solicitation Number, Project Designation Historic Solot Plaza Project and the Vendor's name and address clearly indicated on the front of the envelope. The District reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as it deems necessary.The District reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs. As of August 21, 2023, an agreement has been completed with a developer. The City’s Design Professional reviewed the proposal on July 23, 2023 and August 2, 2023, recommending approval.The Sunshine Mile District’s Design Review Board (SMD-DRB) reviewed the project on September 15, 2023, and recommended approval as presented by the applicant. A construction timeline has not been established yet.
