Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Florence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of August 5, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $2,085,313.13** All work on this contract shall be completed within one-hundred two (102) calendar days.. The project scope includes milling, base repair, asphalt paving, ADA Compliant ramps, sidewalk repairs, replacing inlet grates and curb pieces, installation of raised crosswalks, Flashing Beacon Signals & Posts / Mastarms, electrical work, new HMA Bikepath, curbed islands, restoration, and other miscellaneous work. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Treasurer of the Township of Florence for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The right is also reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Township. The right is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications.
