Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a golf course; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; golf course; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
Building Construction and/or 7- 77 Recreation & Sporting Facilities & Golf Courses and/or 7-530 Swimming Pools, Water Features and Fountains Designer's Estimate: $205,000 An acceptable Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check payable to the City of Shreveport, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid, including additive alternates, must accompany the bid. Negotiable Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder as soon as possible, or not more than 45 days after the opening of bids. All bonds applicable to this transaction must be accompanied by an original Power of Attorney. An acceptable Performance Bond equal to 100% of the amount of the contract and a 50% Payment Bond and 10% two-year Maintenance Bond will be required of the successful bidder. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for just cause.
