Site work for a water / sewer project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally consists of furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, connecting, and testing approximately 8,700 lineal feet of 4 to 12-inch waterlines, fire hydrants, blowoff assemblies, service line reactivations, and existing waterline abandonment. Existing pipe material includes asbestos cement, PVC, and ductile iron. The Work includes extensive scheduling, permitting, and traffic control. The construction of all water main line work shall include providing and installing all necessary piping, fittings, valves, hydrants, and all other appurtenances to complete a fully functioning potable water distribution system and as shown or called for in the Contract Documents. All permitting, traffic control, potholing, excavating, asphalt and concrete removal and replacement, dewatering, backfilling, trench shoring, testing, surface restoration, site restoration and abandonments shall be performed by the Contractor as part of this Work. SITE 1: Work is located in the City of Centennial in the Walnut Hills Subdivision generally east of S Uinta St and north of E Briarwood Blvd. D. SITE 2: Work is located in the City of Centennial generally along S Holly St between E Maplewood Ave and E Caley Ave and along S Glencoe Way. E. SITE 3: Work is located in the City of Greenwood Village along E Orchard Rd just east of S Holly St, at S Fairfax St and at E Pinewood Cir.
