Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Town Manager, Town of Newport, 15 Sunapee Street, Newport, NH 03773; Construction Summary of NH, 734 Chestnut Street, Manchester, NH 03104; and Associated General Contractors of NH, 48 Grandview Road, Bow, NH 03304. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified, treasurer's or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the sum of five (5) percent of the Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, should the Owner deem it to be in the public interest to do so. All questions concerning the plans and specifications shall be directed to KV Partners, LLC. The Town of Newport is an equal opportunity/affirmative action agency.
