The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from experienced consulting firms to prepare a preliminary engineering study, design drawings, specifications, and bid documents for the design and construction phase engineering services of a new water main. Oxnard is committed to providing its customers with safe, reliable, and quality water service. The City's current water supply consists of imported surface water from the Calleguas Municipal Water District, groundwater from the United Water Conservation District, and local groundwater from City wells. The Water Division consists of the main campus and four blending stations at separate locations. All questions, clarifications, and inquiries shall be submitted in writing on the City of Oxnard, Public Purchase website The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
