Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bluefield Drive Area Water Line Improvements, the work for which consists of approximately 11,200 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch water mains, as well as the replacement of privately owned lead and galvanized water service lines, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible, and best bidder. City certified MBE/WBE firms that submit a proposal may be eligible to receive a bid discount of 5% of the bid amount up to a maximum discount of $50,000.00. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be May 2, 2025, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted at online. Contact the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Tia Roseboro, Contract Compliance and Certification Programs Manager, at THRoseboro@Columbus.gov with any questions concerning companies eligible to participate in the program. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 8.0%.
