The Colleton County School District is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for Fire and Security Alarm Monitoring. Questions must be received by: Tuesday, May 31, 2022 @ 10:00 AM Via E-mail: kblakeney@colleton.k12.sc.us and lgrant@colleton.k12.sc.us Award will be on June 28, 2022. The Colleton County School District requests written bids from qualified firms to provide Fire and Security Alarm Monitoring as specified at the locations described and price schedules herein. All service shall be provided on both a scheduled basis and on as required or needed basis. The District has Nine (8) facilities as outlined below: Three (5) Elementary School Locations One (1) Middle School Location One (1) High School Location One (1) Early Childhood Center Location Three (1) Administrative Location and (2) Other Location Prices shall remain firm for a period of one (1) year from date of award. The School District reserves the right to cancel this bid, or any part herein, thirty (30) days after written notice to awarded vendor. The awarded vendor may cancel this IFB ninety (90) days after written notice to the School Board. Bidders shall address any questions regarding this solicitation directly to the Buildings & Grounds Department, Kenny Blakeney at kblakeney@colleton.k12.sc.us and Latriea Grant at lgrant@colleton.k12.sc.us .
