**This project has been awarded to Westmark Construction Inc. in the amount of $395,532. ** A. The Work shall be the providing of all supplies, tools, equipment, scaffolding, shoring, transportation, utilities, services, superintendence, and labor, including the furnishing of all materials, items, and accessories needed for the total construction of the project in strict conformance with the Contract Documents. B. The intent of the Contract Documents is that the Contractor will produce a complete project with all materials and equipment in place and all systems operative. C. The project will encompass work at the southwest baseball field and will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Temporary chain link fencing as required to secure the construction area. 2. Utility locates. 3. Temporary erosion and sedimentation control facilities. 4. Drill pole foundations. 5. Placement of structural steel pole foundations. 6. Installation of steel support posts. 7. Concrete pour for pole and foundations. 8. Rigging cables and post connections installation. 9. Netting attachment to cables. 10. Restoration of disturbed areas. The work will include, but not be limited to, installation of posts and ball control netting. The cost, range is $300,000 to $330,000.
