The RTAA has not received any responsible responses The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, has issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) #21/22-24 and is currently accepting sealed Bids for one (1) new outdoor custom air handling unit (AHU or Equipment) for the Ticketing Hall Expansion (Project) at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). The successful Bidder shall be responsible to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, warranty, and all incidental items necessary for the Equipment. Pursuant to NRS 332.0245(d), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with a company unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. Participation in this solicitation requires the submitting Contractor to be in compliance with the General Civil Rights Provisions found in 49 USC 47123 in addition to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The RTAA in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
