Renovation of a municipal facility in Narberth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Clarification deadline 5/26/2022 5:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project involves the selective removal and replacement of HVAC system equipment in the Narberth Borough municipal building complex. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
