The total value of the requests is estimated at approximately $130,000 per year and therefore $390,000 for the duration of the contract including renewal options. The buildings concerned are: - 475 Sherbrooke (Carrefour Sherbrooke) - 410 Sherbrooke (The Citadel) - 3464 Hutchison - 3510 Lionel Groulx (Solin Hall) 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT McGill University intends to enter into one or more work-to-order contracts with a maximum of three (3) eligible bidders who have submitted a responsive Bid with the lowest prices. Requests for execution will be attributed to the Supplier who has submitted the lowest price, unless this Supplier cannot comply with it, in which case the other Suppliers will be solicited according to their respective rank. The duration of the contract is one (1) year with the possibility of extension by two periods of twelve (12) months. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
