Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid bond worth five percent (5%) of the total proposal price is required with each submission. The City of University Park (City) is seeking qualified general contractors (Respondents) to demolish and reconstruct a portion of the facility that contains the Citys sanitation compactor. This facility is located at the Citys Transfer Station at 2525 University Blvd., Dallas, TX 75206. The Scope of Work will include but is not limited to: • Mobilization • Demolition of Existing Deck and Walkway • Install Additional Drilled Pier Foundations and Columns • Erect Framing and Formwork for New Deck • Install New Concrete Deck • Install New Walkway • Provide As-built Drawings • Demobilization
