The Dawson Creek Fire Zone Office of the Prince George Fire Centre requires janitorial services as described in this ITQ. The terms and conditions of the Contract or ITQ or addendum thereto supersede questions and answers, or discussions made at the site viewing. Questions and answers or discussions made at the site viewing are non-binding unless made in writing as an addendum to the Contract or ITQ Documents. All questions and answers at the site visit be documented. Companies will have until May 24th, 2022, at 12:00pm to email any questions. All questions and answers will be emailed to all potential Bidders attending the viewing by 4:00 pm May 26th, 2022 As a condition of finalizing any service contracts with the Province, including service contracts arising from procurement processes, those contracts will require that all contractors and their personnel and any subcontractors and their personnel who will access BC government workplaces be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines approved for use in Canada, subject to any authorized exemptions. Such contracts will contain associated provisions required by and satisfactory to the Province regarding the foregoing, which may include provisions regarding mitigation measures for exempt personnel, compliance, enforcement, and the use of an attestation certifying compliance or presentation of a BC Vaccine Card by personnel. 1. Subject to Section 2 of Part 1, The term of this Agreement commences on June 1st, 2022 and ends on March 31st 2023. 2. Option to Renew This Agreement may be renewed for a further Term of 12 months to maximum total of two additional Terms, by written agreement of the parties, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and the availability of funding by the Province. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any renewal of this Agreement shall be at the Province's sole discretion. Should the option to renew be exercised, it is expected that the Contractor's bid rate or bid price in the preceding term will remain unchanged in the subsequent term, unless, in the ministrys sole opinion, a negotiated rate change is warranted.
