DESCRIPTION OF WORK In general, the work shall consist of the following: Construction of an Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Complex that includes a 24,000 SF 800-PN dining facility, a 10,900 SF battalion headquarters, a 90,000 SF modified standard enlisted barracks for 300 soldiers with attached company operations facilities (COF) and covered training area, a 1,000 SF detached storage facility, a multipurpose training athletic field, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS ) connection. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220.
