Purchase and installation of a HVAC unit for the Stewart County Visitor Center located at 117 Visitor Center Lane, Dover, TN 37058. Stewart County Government reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, in whole or in part, as may be in the best interest of the county. 6 ton heat pump unit replacement for a rooftop unit Any connections to adapt to existing duct work Any electrical supplies breakers/disconnect needed to supply power to unit Removal and disposal of existing unit Bid must have detail on proposed equipment and warranty information, if applicable. Delivery, handling, installation, labor and materials must be included in bid pricing.
