Qualifications of the contractor: -- have at least ten (10) years of experience as a contractor in the field of Communication maintenance work. -- the field supervisor shall have working knowledge of fiber optic cabling, termination, and boring standards. -- bidders must meet the general standards of safety set forth in ohsa safety standards for general industry and construction. -- contractor must have evidence of general contractor liability, auto liability, and worker's compensation insurance. -- must have uniformed staff and identifiable equipment.
