The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any and all causes as may be permissible in the Local Public Contracts Law. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act, no public works contract may be awarded to any contractor and subcontractors or to any firm, corporation or partnership in which they have an interest while on the Debarred Contractors List until the expiration date given.
